I am in the process of developing a Pilates Wellness Retreat for 2020.
Location: Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas
Length: 4 full days
Schedule: 4 hours of Pilates each day
When: June, July or August 2020
Other activities may include at additional cost: outer reef cruise, sail, scuba dive, snorkel, helicopter ride, whitewater rafting, jungle surfing, crocodile boat cruise, Mossman Gorge experience, spa, golf, Daintree rainforest walk, wildlife habitat park adventure, scenic railway or skyrail, hire a bicycle for the beach!
Activities at no additional cost: swimming in the pool lagoons, pool table, ping pong, big chess, fitness centre, tennis, and beach walks. Lots of movement and even more relaxation!
My vision for this retreat is to create a journey for you. Each day holding something different. All classes will have a particular focus such as Restore, Strengthen or Invigorate.
